Have a cushioned rubber tread bonded to cast iron core. Wheels absorb shock and vibration and are quiet during use. Top plate made with 1/4 in cold forged steel. Wheel bearings are straight roller 3/4 in with spanner bushing. 4 x 4-1/2 in square plate.
